That’s why we created a Referral Program to thank you for your loyalty: if you’re a current Kronos HR customer and you know another business that could benefit from our platform, just refer them!
How to Take Part in the Referral Program:
Joining in is super simple. Just follow these steps to recommend another company and earn your reward:
- Spread the word about Kronos HR: Talk with business contacts about the benefits you’ve experienced using Kronos. If they show interest, let us know - send us their details and mention they were referred by you.
- Your referred company signs up: When that company decides to join Kronos HR, they’ll tell us you sent them our way as part of their onboarding.
- Enjoy your credit: After we confirm the new customer has successfully signed up, you’ll receive a credit equal to their monthly subscription — up to the amount of your own monthly fee. If the credit is more than what you owe, we’ll apply the extra to future invoices (credits last for 12 months).
Quick Example
- Your company (200 employees) pays $598 per month.
- You refer a bar with 5 employees that pays $15 per month.
- You get a $15 credit on your next invoice.
- Later, you refer another company with 150 employees that pays $449 per month.
- We apply $449 off your bill right away — and if the credit is bigger than your bill, we carry the rest forward to the next month.

Who Can Participate in the Referral Program?
This Referral Program is open to current Kronos HR customers. If your company already uses Kronos HR, you can start recommending us to trusted organizations and earn free service credit for each new customer you bring in. If you’re not yet a customer but someone recommended Kronos HR to you, you’ll first need to become a client before joining the referral program yourself.
How Do I Refer Another Company?
There are a couple of easy ways to refer:
- Use your personal referral link, which you’ll find inside your Kronos HR account. When a company signs up through that link, we’ll automatically know they came from you.
- Or, simply send us the company’s details (like name, contact person, email/phone) — by chat or email — and we’ll take care of contacting them.
We handle reaching out and, once they become customers, we’ll make sure your credit is properly recorded.
When Do I Receive My Credit?
Your referral credit becomes active as soon as the company you referred becomes a paying customer of Kronos HR. Once they’ve signed up and activated their service, we’ll notify you and automatically apply your reward to your next invoice - no extra steps needed on your part.
Is There a Limit to How Many Credits I Can Earn?
There’s no limit at all! For every distinct company you refer that ends up becoming a customer, you earn the corresponding credit. If you refer three companies and all sign up, you receive all the accumulated credit.
Does the Referred Company Get Any Benefit?
Currently, the reward in this program (the credit) applies only to the customer making the referral — that’s you. The company you refer doesn’t receive a specific discount or free month under this referral scheme.
Even so, they do benefit by gaining access to a powerful HR management tool that helps them organize their team from day one, backed by our support and onboarding.
