Frequently Asked Questions
About Pricing
Can I add more employees/users to my plan?
All our plans include a base number of employees/users at the time of subscription. If your company grows and you need to add more employees than those included in your plan, no worries! You can add as many additional users as you want; just contact us.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Kronos HR grows with you. You can start with the Starter plan and then move to the Time or Operations plan when you need to. Plan changes are prorated simply so you never overpay. Similarly, if at any time you need to reduce modules, you can do so at the end of your current subscription period.
Is there a long-term commitment or contract?
No. Our plans are monthly or annual subscriptions. If you choose monthly, you can cancel month to month. If you choose annual, you get a discount, but you can still decide not to renew the following year if you wish. No strings attached, no fine print.
How is payment made?
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and SEPA direct debit for clients in the EU. Payment is secure and automated. We will issue an invoice each month (or year, depending on your plan).
